		<description>On a recent trip to Indiana I bought some eggs that were pasteurized in the shell (Davidson's brand). They were so darn good. I made mayo with them. 

I am so sad that I can't buy them around here. We should insist on this safe food from all of the places we buy our groceries.</description>
