My mother made Turkey Tettrezinni from a cookbook by Stanely Demos. Actually, she made many things from his receipes. I would love that receipe. Does anyone have it?

My parents went to a place called something like the Beverly Hills Dinner club, which I think Mr. Demos owned. The book is red, I think and has a hard cover.

I am a native of Kentucky, grew-up and spent most of my life on the east-coast of Florida and now live in Las Vegas; Banana Crouquettes are a part of my fond family memories, as whenever there was a family gathering of any sort, there were also Banana Crouquettes. Every holiday or special event I serve them still, they are always a hit and I never have any to bring back home. Thank-Everyone for the different ways to make the dishes, I will be sure to try them all.

I used to love to make Hamburger Helper when I was a teenager. I could fix a skillet of it, bake brown and serve rolls, and toss a simple salad and have it ready when my mom came home from work.

This sounds amazing. I love anything with bananas. One of my favorite snacks; bananas and caramel. I am going to have to try this one. It sounds so yummy. I think IHOP use to offer something of this sort.

Dear Sharon, I'm Patti Friend from Nicholasville, and I market healthy chocolate. I would appreciate your insight on how to get people in Lexington/central Kentucky interested in this. Xo-cai (show-sigh) chocolate is patented, and the parent company is MXI Corporation of Reno NV, who is the largest importer of raw cacao in the world. It is a privately held company, who decided to sell their unique products through distributorships.

I grew up in Fleming County, on a farm where, as I recall, blackberry bushes had lots of June bugs....good memories indeed. They must have been eating as fast as I was.

Would you be willing to review my website www.friendshealthychocolate.com, and help me get people to substitute bad chocolate for good? I would welcome the chance to meet you for coffee, or lunch, and I'll bring this yummy chocolate, and lots of information.

Thanks for all that you do -- warm regards, Patti Friend

Hi Sharon.
I am hoping that you or one of your other readers can help me.
I am looking for a recipe from the old T.W. Lee's restaurant in Lexington back in the 80's. They had fried zuchinni with a cucumber dip that my husband loved which I would like to re-create for him.
I would appreciate any help.

Thanks!
